Administrative System

The administrative system of our Corporation has been designed on a firm foundation of trustworthiness. We expect from each other loyalty to the Corporation, to its world-embracing vision, and to all other team members. We seek to embody and develop in all of our employees the following qualities:

The spirit of our management style is based upon consultation at every level. Each department has a team, headed by a manager, which conducts its affairs in accordance with the policies set by our Corporation, the laws of the land, and common sense. The Corporation is headed by an Executive Team comprised of Directors of the Board. Associates of all levels, after consultation with fellow team members, are encouraged to make suggestions to the Executive Team for the development of the Corporation. All are expected to conduct themselves in harmony as members of one body.
